We will truly have a musical Creative Commons when we have an enormous crowd-sourced sample pool of CC Zero material.

Also, I imagine someone could create series of beats and melodies and donate them to the public domain, to create a 
similar sound pool of compositions rather than expressions. To draw an imperfect analogy, this could result in a huge &quot;prior art&quot; for musicians to rely upon, to avoid the hegemony of copyrighted songs.

All that would be needed is some creative software creation, 
some sheet music of resulting products, and a public domain dedication of the result.</description>
